A multi-distribution strategy
COMTRADE structures its development along three channels:
1) Within a few years, COMTRADE has built up special relations with the main superstore operators and achieve a substantial share of its turnover via this channel.
2) The assemblers are also the company’s special customers. ALTEC LANSING has become the main integrated brand with PC assemblers in France.
3) The main independent retailers geared to the general public are COMTRADE’s customers. |
